1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our food and nutrition products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or consumed.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered.
• Product received in damaged condition.
• Expired product delivered.
• Missing items in the package.

2. Return Request Timeline

Any return or replacement request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To request a return or replacement, please share:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• Brief description of the issue

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in the following situations:

• Order cancelled before shipment.
• Product is unavailable after payment.
• Wrong, damaged, or defective product received and approved by our support team.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
• Delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving the required details.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
